This was an absolutely amazing place to stay for a group like ours - two families traveling together. Perfect located nearby everything: a stunning beach, beautiful nature, shops with everything we needed for the stay and plenty of nice restaurants and cafes. We also enjoyed the beautiful hiking/runningtrials close by. This was the perfect stay for us!!

Our group of five couples had a wonderful stay in Salema. The house was the perfect size for all 10 of us, with plenty of space inside and out to relax and enjoy time together. The living area featured a beautiful U-shaped couch that comfortably seated everyone, making it a great gathering place in the evenings. The indoor dining area seated all 10 guests, and there were plenty of fridges plus a wine cooler for beverages. Our favourite spot was the outdoor pool area, with enough loungers for everyone and shaded spaces for the hottest part of the day. The pool was a highlight! We also enjoyed the outdoor dining area and grill for a private dinner one evening. The home was very well air-conditioned, which was greatly appreciated. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Salema’s restaurants and beautiful beach, and it was a great base for day trips. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay. This home had such fantastic views and lots of places to enjoy them from the decks off every room to the roof deck. The pool was perfect and the game room was well stocked and so fun! We already miss it!

Our stay in Salema with a family of 8 adults, toddler & 2 babies was very comfortable. The host went above & beyond to provide a crib, a pack n play, 2 high chairs and safety gates for the stairs. Each bedroom on the top floor, as well as the one on main level offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare a hearty breakfast before adventuring out for the day. Fabulous Pastelaria are within walking distance to the Villa, offering the true Portuguese coffee experience (coffee and pastel de nata!!) A small supermarket is also in close proximity. Ample parking was available. The beautiful sandy beaches are within walking distance. The heated private pool at the Villa was very welcoming after a day of sightseeing. Once ‘the littles’ were in bed, the views could continue to be enjoyed from the sunroof, watching the sunset, and eventually turned into stargazing - catching multiple constellations. Absolutely exquisite! Thank you for an unforgettable stay 💕

Vue mer époustouflante Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons admiré les levées du soleil : magique. La plage accessible en quelques minutes à pied est magnifique La configuration de la maison permet à chacun de bénéficier d’un espace personnel et confortable. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses. Les espaces de vie adaptés aux grandes tribus. Nous n’avons manqué de rien Je remercie Samantha pour sa réactivité et son attention.

Beautiful location, neighborhood very calm, house very spacious and full of light! Samantha, the house manager was very helpful and responsive from day 1. We were a group of 9 people co-working, and everyone had their private space for their meetings and calls. Would definately come back to this amazing view!!

Simply Salema absolutely saved our holiday! After we chose to leave a different Airbnb which was nothing like pictured, we had to look for an another option on short notice. Despite still being in the process of cleaning the property from a previous stay, Simply Salema made it possible for us to move in even before the official check in time with everything sparkling clean! The place is absolutely incredible and the photos do not do it justice - it is even better in reality! Your biggest issue will be to decide where to enjoy the amazing views from. Sam, the property manager, was also wonderful and always available when needed. We even ended up extending our stay as we just did not want to leave! Thank you so much for helping us to still have an incredible holiday!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Salema. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location and the breathtaking views. The house itself is immaculate – stylish, spacious, and designed with comfort in mind. But what truly set this place apart was the private pool – it was absolutely perfect. Surrounded by peaceful scenery and with the ocean in view, it was the ideal spot to relax from sunrise to sunset. What made our experience even more special was the warm and attentive hospitality. Sam, the manager, was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always available with a smile and great local tips. Rosa was also a true gem – such a kind, beautiful lady who made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and care made us feel completely at home. Gorgeous beach just a little walk away. Town is very nice w beach bars etc. house has awesome views. Views when in pool are not good due to wall. Suggest to maybe put up acrylic wall? Host was super responsive. We loved our stay at this very large house!

We as a family of 10 had a great time here. The villa was amazing, with lots of indoor and outdoor space, and the local area had walkable restaurants and shops. Couldn't ask for more from our hosts who were very proactive, helpful and friendly. Thanks Sam and Ben.

The only thing stopping an excellent review was the build site next door . There was no mention of this in the description and it does not appear on the photos. The noise wasn’t too bad but they were drilling some mornings at 8.00am . The villa was lovely and the views terrific - we watched the Blue super moon rise - gorgeous! Ben and his team were helpful and responsive. I would certainly return .

What can we say - just amazing! We went for a birthday party and it couldn’t have been a better way to spend it - Ben even left a birthday card! The Villa was just perfect, huge, plenty of space, spotless, towel change mid week, lovely warm pool, sociable areas whilst lots of space for privacy too. The games room was a great touch, alongside the BBQ. The kitchen was so well equipped, we never ran out of crockery or glasses despite having 10 of us! We cannot recommend this villa and this location enough. Truly perfect week. Thank you so much Ben and team!

Fantastic villa in a prime location. Views are breathtaking from every room while the villa is pristine clean and equipment is perfect to entertain everybody if you are not at the beach, especially the game room by the pool. we had a great time.

Top Lage, erwachen mit Blick von jedem Fenster aus auf den Atlantik. Das ist nicht zu übertreffen. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, sehr gute Ausstattung , schöner Spieleraum. Geheimtipp: das Haus hat einen eigenen Strandzugang und bei Flut ist man alleine am Traumstrand von Salema. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tierfreundlicher sehr kompetenten und freundlicher Vermieter und Vor-Ort Betreuung. Was noch schöner wäre, wenn der Pool als Infinity Pool mit Blick aufs Meer gestaltet wäre. Die Mauer wurde schon erwähnt, trübt im EG etwas den Blick aufs Meer. Deshalb lieber im 1OG und 2OG sitzen mit mega Meerblick und tollen Sonnenaufgang. Jederzeit kommen wir immer wieder sehr gerne.
